Jevan has over 15 years of legal expertise
Jevan joined the firm in 2014 with more than 15 years of experience in civil litigation. She received a B.A. in Sociology from the University of New Orleans in 1992. In 1996, she received her Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where she served as a Law Clerk to the Chancellor, as well as a Student Practitioner in the Civil Law Division of the Law School Clinic. Jevan also studied French at the University of New Orleans where she received a scholarship to study abroad.
Jevan is admitted to the Louisiana State Bar. She is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana.
Jevan has a wide variety of legal experience, but her primary practice areas include toxic tort litigation, class action litigation, general civil litigation, personal injury litigation, and product liability litigation.
Jevan is a proud native and lifelong resident of New Orleans, Louisiana, and has strong ties to the community.
