For over twenty years, Kelley Mackenroth has been a results-driven plaintiff litigation attorney with a strong commitment to advocating for individuals and entities harmed by negligence, misconduct, or breach of duty. As the Senior Mass Tort and Class Action Attorney at Ron Austin Law, Kelley handles a wide variety of complex, large-scale, multi-district litigation against corporations on the behalf of clients who suffered harm due to defective drugs, medical devices, environmental disasters, and other wrongdoing.
In addition to her mass tort and class action practice, Kelley has extensive experience in handling personal injury and property insurance claims. She has secured significant awards for individuals and families harmed by catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and major property damage claims arising from natural disasters, construction defects, and insurance bad faith.

Kelley is a graduate of Episcopal School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University, followed by a Master of Science from Loyola University New Orleans, and then a Juris Doctor from Loyola University School of Law. She is also a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans Women’s Leadership Academy Cohort II. Currently, she is pursuing her Master of Business Administration at Loyola University New Orleans.
During law school, Kelley was a Member of Loyola Law Review, Loyola Moot Court, and Delta Sigma Theta, and received several academic scholarships and honors. She was also a research assistant for three professors, has been published in various legal periodicals, and is a frequent presenter for continuing legal education seminars.
Kelley is an active member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Jefferson Parish Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, and Louisiana Association for Justice. She is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State and Federal courts, as well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. She is a licensed Notary Public who is commissioned in all Louisiana parishes.
Kelley is actively involved in her community as a member of Louisiana Guardianship Services, Inc. (past President) and Junior League of New Orleans. She previously served on the boards of Save Our Cemeteries, Forum for Equality Foundation, and Shelter Resources d/b/a Belle Reve, and serves on various committees for other local non-profits. She is a retired roller derby nationally ranked skater. She was previously selected as a member of Gambit Weekly’s “40 Under 40,” in honor of her contributions to the New Orleans metropolitan region.
Kelley resides in Uptown New Orleans with her husband and their three children, three dogs, and two guinea pigs. In her spare time, Kelley tutors middle and high school students, is active with her church, and supports youth sailing activities.
